CHIQUITA (5 pax) is in a residential area, just a short drive to the beach (2.000 mts) and shops (1.000 mts) in Cala´n Porter. Chiquita is an attractive, traditional villla with accomodation all in one level. It has one double, one twin and a single room, all furnished with pine and bright fabrics with traditional white washed walls. The dining room has TV and comunicates with the covered terrace.
On the outside area we find the swimming pool, the sun area with sunbeds and a built-in BBQ.
Its nice covered terrace, with an easy access from main bedroom or from lounge, that comunicates the house with the pool and barbacue area, make this villa ideal for a comfortable holidays in Menorca.
Cleaning service once a week included change of towells and bedlinen and an extra change of towells during the week.

VISTA BONITA (8 pax): magnificently situated on the cliff top overlooking the inlet to Cala´n Porter bay. Vista Bonita has been positioned to take full advantage of the stupendous sea views. From the spacious lounge/dining room, floor-to-ceiling picture windows look out at this superb panorama.
Vista Bonita is 500 mts away from center, 500 mts from Cova den Xoroi and about 1.000 mts from the beach.
The villa has four double rooms, three of them with shower rooms ensuite. There is a fourth shower room with the washing machine in it. Fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. BBQ terrace leading from kitchen.
Pool 8 x 4 mts.
